In his previous career, he held key roles in building a commercial airline, devloping a successful tech start-up, expanding renowed international air-broker and others.

Speaking 4 languages, Pedja is Excecutive-MBA holder by a prestigious international business school, having studied across UK, USA and Middle East.

A former professional water polo player and U21 World Champion, Pedja applies the same discipline, resilience and team oriented approach in establishing JET ROSE as a reliable, trustfull and agile aviation partner.

Nina is a key member of JET ROSE team responsible for charter sales and operations. With a strong international background, Nina brings a dynamic and results driven approach to every charter request. From private jets, commercial charters to cargo operations, she works closely with clients and operators to find the most efficient and cost effective solutions, organize the flights and follow the perfect flight execution.

For over 7 years, Nina was a proud member of one of the world’s leading airlines Etihad, having flown all over the world as a cabin crew on different aircraft types, including B777 and iconic A380. Her perfect understanding of airline operations, onboard service, passenger expectations and operational realities allows the whole JET ROSE team to anticipate the client needs and ensure a seamless experience from ground to air.

An aeronautical engineer by profession, with over 30 years of experience in leading airlines, Dragana brings unmatched industry knowledge and technical insight to our team.

Having held various operational, commercial and executive roles across reputable airlines such as Air Serbia or Aeroflot, she brings a deep understanding of the airlines world to JET ROSE team and have an instrumental role in organization of the most complex aviation projects.

As the backbone of our daily operations, Milena keeps the office running smoothly while overseeing accounting and financial activities with precision and care.

Holder of a Masters degree, with sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills, she ensures that JET ROSE office runs with perfect efficiency, even while organizing multiple complex projects at the same time over the globe.

Her support is essential to our team’s success — both in the air and on the ground.

With over 10 years of professional experience, Mickey has distinguished himself through years of successful advising for some of the leading international companies. He has participated in the execution of numerous transactions through different industries, which brings unique value to JET ROSE team.

He brings over 5 years of experience in the aviation legal environment, having held key roles in some of the most complex cases and having worked along some of the biggest names in the industry.

Besides his core specialty in the investment, real estate management or energy sectors, he has extensive experience in public procurement procedures and intellectual property protection, with well established cooperation with clients and relevant authorities in these fields. His vast experience plays instrumental role in JET ROSE’s legal setting.

With years of experience in digital marketing, SEO optimization, and sales strategies, Mina is an expert in managing online presence and driving significant revenue growth. She is skilled in analyzing market trends and customer behavior to create targeted campaigns that maximize ROI.
